ESE to Produce and Broadcast the Finals for Esports Competitions Ultraliga and Teamfight Tactics

VANCOUVER, British Columbia, August 15, 2022 — ESE Entertainment Inc. (“ESE” or the “Company”) (TSXV: ESE) (OTCQX: ENTEF) is pleased to announce that its media production division, Frenzy sp. z.o.o. (“Frenzy“) will produce two live in-person esports events, the finals of the League of Legends Ultraliga and Teamfight Tactics competitions.

On August 15, the Teamfight Tactics – Ultraliga TFT season will conclude at the Polsat studio. Two days later,  Frenzy’s flagship product, the regional League of Legends competition – Ultraliga, will crown new champions. Both competitions are considered to be the most important leagues in their respective games in the region.

ESE will also be organizing and producing the competitions for TV and hosting viewing parties in Europe (Warsaw and Gdansk, Poland). The viewing parties will allow fans to gather in-person and watch the exciting conclusions of the esports competition seasons. The Ultraliga final will be hosted by well-known TV presenter Krzysztof Ibisz and co-hosted by rising star Ksenia Chlebicka. In addition to Polsat Games TV and internet broadcasts, ESE will provide fans with an opportunity to watch an alternative stream called Ultras Sector that will feature influencers and celebrities that are well known in the League of Legends community.

The finals will be supplemented by special video and graphic media content that recaps the season of rivalry. The content will be distributed across Ultraliga and Polsat Games social media platforms which have a following of more than 200,000 people.
