Mr. Wasiela is the Founder and CEO of ESE Entertainment Inc. A graduate of the University of British Columbia and a CFL (Canadian Football League) alumni. Mr. Wasiela played professional football for the BC Lions, Saskatchewan Roughriders and Montreal Allouettes. Through his business ventures and international holdings, Mr. Wasiela has worked alongside global leaders in the gaming and entertainment industry. This included successful collaborations with EA Sports, Flutter Entertainment Inc, Take-Two Interactive Software Inc, Full Tilt Poker, Betfair, and the RGA (Remote Gaming Association).

Mr. Kang was previously with the TMX Group and served most recently as the Director of Listings for the TSX Venture Exchange. Mr. Kang was responsible for overseeing all listings functions for issuers on the exchange, as well as developing and implementing policies that were relevant to the financial climate in which issuers participated in the Canadian capital markets. In addition to his experience at the TMX Group, Mr. Kang has has served on the executive board of over 15 publicly traded companies. Mr. Kang has also served as a lecturer at Simon Fraser University, one of the top universities in Canada. In this role, he was a lecturer for the course of Public Companies: Financing, Governance and Compliance.

Mr. Kang received a Bachelor of Commerce degree from the University of British Columbia in 1988 and obtained his Chartered Accountant designation at Ernst and Young.

Mr. Steszewski has 19 years of experience in sports and three years in esports. He is the founder of the Polish League of American Football and was its CEO from 2006 to 2017. He was an Event Director of the 2019 UCI Track Cycling World Championships held in Poland and numerous other events hosted in the National Stadium in Warsaw, including American football, tennis, badminton and table tennis.

Mr. Steszewski holds an MA in microelectronics and nanoelectronics from the Electronics Department of the Warsaw University of Technology. He is also a professional sports announcer for major Polish TV stations.

Mr. Mango has long experience in media and sport communication. He is conducting PR projects since 2005. During his work experience Michał implemented sponsorship, communication and event projects for Polish Football Association, Polish Ice Hockey Association, he was Mariusz Czerkawski and Krzysztof Oliwa spokesperson between 2005-2007.

Mr. Mango has worked as a PR specialist for the clubs: Zagłębie Lublin, Górnik Zabrze as well for Unibet 1 League, Adidas, Nike, Samsung, Coca-Cola, Red Bull, Domino’s Pizza. He worked in the organizing committees of such events as: FIS Cross Country World Cup 2012 & 2014, Slask vs. BVB, IIHF Ice Hockey World Championship 1A Krakow 2015 and IIHF Ice Hockey World Championship 1A Katowice 2016, 2019 UCI Track Cycling World Championships.

Ron Segev is a founding partner of Segev LLP. Ron is a practical-minded business lawyer with a keen eye for opportunity, but also a sensitivity to risk. Ron is also a specialized igaming lawyer and assists online gaming, social gaming, skill games, sports books, daily fantasy sports, esports, v-sports, live-dealer, and other gaming and betting clients worldwide with their commercial, IP, transactional, licensing, regulatory and compliance needs. Ron has worked with all industry participants including developers, studios, publishers, and others. As former General Counsel and Senior Legal Counsel for one of the largest online gaming companies in the world, Ron has extensive experience in the igaming sector and has appeared as an expert speaker on the topic at various high-profile events and conferences. Ron is also a General Member of the International Masters of Gaming Law and is ranked by Chambers & Partners as a top gaming lawyer in Canada.

Ryan is a CPA and was the past CFO of 1933 Industries (CSE: TGIF) which went from private to public, and over $120mm+ market cap valuation.

Mr. Dewan is a partner in the Capital Markets and M&A group with McMillan LLP. McMillan is an elite business law firm with offices in Canada and Hong Kong. Mr. Dewan is specialized in advising public and private companies in high-growth sectors, investment banks, venture capital funds and family offices. He has significant experience advising on cross-border transactions, specifically in relation to implementing financings, investments and international joint ventures between Canadian companies and corporate groups and family offices in Asia.

Mr. Dewan has also recently been appointed to the Ontario Advisory Committee for the TSX Venture Exchange. He has served on the board of publicly traded companies, and also acts as a mentor and legal advisor to the Toronto Chapter of the Founder Institute, based in Silicon Valley and the world's largest entrepreneur training and startup launch program.

Mr. Dolesky brings strong transaction experience and a proven ability to complete private equity and capital markets transactions. He is one of the youngest people in the history of the Toronto Stock Exchange records to be the Founder of a Capital Pool Company, a publicly traded acquisition corporation. He has previously served as a Merchant Banking and Venture Capital Associate for a high net worth family office that has completed hundreds of millions of dollars of venture capital transactions around the world on the private and public markets. Zachary was also the founding team member at a Canadian investment company with over fifteen portfolio investments. Mr. Dolesky holds a Bachelor of Business in Finance from Simon Fraser University, completed education in Finance at the National University of Singapore, and holds a pre-MBA certificate from Harvard Business School.
